About your Pets Plus Us Coverage:
Do I need to do anything to ensure my coverage continues?
We will let you know if any action is needed on your part. We strive to offer an outstanding customer experience; wherever possible we will renew your pet’s policy and provide you with a renewal package outlining coverage with Pets Plus Us.
If you receive a letter from us about your renewal, asking that you contact us, we need to update information regarding your policy in advance of issuing your renewed policy. Please contact one of our friendly and knowledgeable Advocates at 1-800-700-3391. Once all information is updated, we will be able to issue your renewal and provide ongoing coverage with Pets Plus Us.
Will anything change?
The things you love about your policy aren’t changing: your plan, what your plan covers, and the reimbursement limits will remain the same. Your billing date and payment information will also stay the same, unless you request a change or we require updated payment information.
Pets Plus Us accepts monthly premium payments only. If you are currently paying your pet insurance premiums annually, you will be automatically switched to monthly billing.

Do I need to inform Pets Plus Us before making a claim?
No need to let us know in advance, simply fill out our claim form with your veterinarian. Not sure if your treatment will be covered? We can let you know in advance! Just submit a pre-approval request with treatment details, anticipated costs, and medical records. You can call our Advocates at 1-800-700-3391 to get a pre-approval request form. Your veterinarian can help you with the required details.
Can claim reimbursement be made directly to my veterinarian?
Certainly! If your claim is over $1,000, just call our Advocates at 1-800-700-3391 and they can send you our Pay Practice Direct Form.
Can claim reimbursement be made directly to my bank account?
Yes! We can make payment directly to your bank account via direct deposit. Please reach out to our Advocates at 1-800-700-3391 and we would be happy to set that up for you!
How do I submit a claim?
