Pets Plus Us Monthly Charitable Program

When you complete your “quote journey” you will have the opportunity to give a monthly donation to one of our preferred charities under the following conditions:

1. The minimum monthly contribution to the respective charity is $0.50.
2. Your monthly contribution amount will be added to your monthly insurance premium and will appear as part of your Pets Plus Us monthly withdrawal on your bank statement or credit statement.
3. Pets Plus Us collects the monthly contributions on behalf of the respective charities. However, it does not provide any further administrative services in respect to the charities, therefore, all questions/concerns must be directly addressed to the respective charities.
4. You understand and agree that once your monthly donation has been processed the money transfer is final, and the donated funds cannot be returned.
5. By making a monthly donation, you hereby consent to Pets Plus Us sharing your personal information with the respective charity of your choice for the charity’s administration purposes.
6. Pets Plus Us is not responsible for issuing tax receipts to you. Tax receipts will be issued by the respective charity directly to you.
7. You may cancel your monthly contributions at any time by calling us at 1-800-364-8422.
